Sit down with our experienced team and talk through your dream home. Tour our showroom and get answers on pricing, timeline, and customization options.

We just need three things to get started on your new home:

Construction Agreement - the contract between yourself and Sage laying out all the details.

Pre-Approval letter - a commitment to loan from your lender of choice. Don’t know anyone? We have professionals to point you towards.

Deposit - a small deposit on the total cost of your home gets the ball rolling.

This is a two-step process. First, Sit down with our plan specialist and lay out your floor plan design. Go through your new home plan room by room and iron out all the details. Next, we schedule your selections meeting in our showroom. Visit with our designer to pick out all your Pinterest-worthy finishes!

Watch as we take your home vertical! From excavation to finishing touches, you can sit back and watch your vision come to life!

Once your home is complete, meet us onsite for an orientation and blue tape walkthrough. Schedule your movers and get settled in to your new home!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new home, so we schedule two checkups with you after you move in. The first at 30-60 days, and the second at 11 months. You can rest assured that the Sage team will have your back through your homeownership experience!
